IT Helpdesk Technician Job Duties: Owner of new hire equipment assignments. Based on new user requests, complete systems set-up for users. Field and troubleshoot Call Center systems related questions and issues, to include monitoring chats and tickets. Coordinate review of system updates entered in the request system. Gain alignment and prioritization for approved projects. Coordinate set-up, system, and business testing. Keep stakeholders informed with timely communications.
