PRIMARY DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITES Monitor new agreements or billing arrangements for ASC 606 Revenue Recognition accounting considerations and summarize for escalation to Accounting COE and Financial Reporting Responsible for completing various analyses to ensure the reasonableness, accuracy and completeness of monthly revenues Perform subledger reconciliations for high risk accounts including revenue, deferred revenue and unbilled/accrued revenue System and billing process improvements Assisting with annual year end audit of revenue Interact with CEI sales tax team in addressing customer sales tax inquiries, setting up tax exemptions and changes and analysis (partner with AX Billing platform team) Ability to support monthly and daily billing for dealers, partners, and OEMs, ensuring timely and accurate completion and invoice distribution, as back up to other team members
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree required in related field or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience 5
years of relevant experience Ability to understand key aspects of revenue recognition and other accounting principles as applicable to billing operations Requires strong knowledge of billing and order to cash systems and processes Exercises judgment and defines and addresses issues with minimal supervision
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
AccountingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
