students. ATI Nursing Education is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager, Commercial Strategy who is a cross-functional marketer to lead all marketing efforts for our Admissions vertical. ATI's Admissions vertical includes an admissions assessments used by thousands of nursing programs across the United States, a variety of products purchased directly by students to prepare for the admissions assessment, and an analytical engine that yields insights into a nursing program's applicant pool. We're looking for an individual who will bring a singular focus to the nursing Admissions market and possesses the ability to work cross-functionally with different departments to drive top-line and bottom-line growth. This individual will have executive-level reporting responsibilities on a monthly and quarterly basis. Responsibilities Serve as the overall marketing leader for the Admissions vertical with responsibilities for strategic focus on revenue growth and retention, reporting on key performance indicators, and collaborating closely with sales and product peers on pricing strategy, channel optimization and identifying new opportunities for product and segment growth. Management of eCommerce channel and an online store, identifying opportunities for investment, optimization, and growth. Own and drive B2B and B2C marketing strategy for all admissions product lines. Evaluation and optimization of B2B and B2C distribution channels for admissions products. Collaborate with colleagues in Product to develop concepts and build business cases for new admissions products and services based on customer and market trends, supporting them through the development process, pricing, forecasting all the way to launch. Collaborate with colleagues in Sales to drive new adoptions of admissions products at nursing programs. Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to track and refine key performance indicators that provide insights into the performance of our Admissions products. Build and maintain a database of competitive and market intelligence that informs ATI's strategy for Admissions. Direct a team of marketers to optimize B2C and B2B marketing strategies, plans and investment to ensure smart risks are being taken and that financial targets are met. Work with subject matter experts and content creators to develop content strategies that engages target audiences and naturally supports a solution-oriented sales process. Communicate the value proposition of ATI's admissions solutions from the inside out, starting with your colleagues in Sales and Service, all the way to the various personas within our target audience. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA considered a plus. Seven
years of marketing experience, both in the B2B and B2C categories. Experience with a product line in a B2B2C channel will be considered a strong plus. Experience with oversight of marketing programs and significant ad spends with focus on ROI and ROAS. Experience with educational content, education technology, or assessments will be considered a strong plus. Experience managing marketing teams and agencies.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
