Exempt/Salary SUMMARY Under the supervision of the Director of Quality, administers Quality Management System (QMS) functions and reporting of key Quality and Operational Metrics.
Creates and distributes reports, metrics, correspondence, and minutes.
Performs other designated duties as required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High School diploma or GED and a minimum (5) years relevant experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS STATEMENTS Coordinates data and reports KPI's or QMS metrics; provides trend analysis for non-conformances.
Performs Internal Audits; participates in External Audits; maintains auditable records files Follows up on audit Observations, Corrective Action/Preventive Action status and closures Organizes Quality Review Board (QRB) meetings; maintains and distributes minutes/actions of QRB Maintains training/certification records for Operations personnel Maintains and distributes QA Manuals, procedures, and standard work instructions Establishes and maintains departmental files, external standards, and procedures Participates in and/or coordinates customer audits Tracks capital and expense budget items Compiles and prepares standard or special reports that may require data from various sources Acts as a liaison between department head and other department personnel.
Refers correspondence to others for appropriate action.
Maintains cooperative working relationships with company employees.
All other functions/responsibilities assigned by manager.
REQUIRED SKILLS Expert Microsoft Office skills Familiar with pdf files and use of Adobe Acrobat Specialized courses or at least (5) five years' experience in related field; clerical background necessary.
Above average communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be knowledgeable with personal computers, mainframe terminal software and office equipment.
Must be knowledgeable in ISO 9001 quality systems:
nuclear quality systems knowledge or compliances a plus.
The ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement.
The ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Ability to prepare clearly written correspondence, reports, plans and programs.
Ability to act as liaison between department head and other department and company personnel.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
