The IT Project Manager is a part of the Information Technology Department managing large- and small-scale projects focused on IT/OT Infrastructure and non-ERP applications.
The IT Project Manager will collaborate closely with the technical team and departments across the company to development and implement life-cycle methodologies for hardware and software systems.
Utilizing effective leadership skills, the IT Project Manager is responsible for managing the cost, schedule, and scope of assigned projects.
Duties and Responsibilities A list of the principal functions of the job to include an action-oriented description of each activity along with the desired outcome against which some measurement of performance can be applied.
Closely aligns to business goals and objectives to identify project needs and outcomes.
Create and manage project plans, communication plans, change management, risk assessments and management, allocating tasks and setting milestones.
To include coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities.
Tracking deliverables Lead quality assurance Conflict resolution Present progress reports to senior leadership.
Define project schedules, allocate resources such as computer equipment, software, and employees, and monitor progress.
To include organizing team meetings to review project goals, progress, and resources.
Analysis and debriefs for continual improvement.
Prepare and maintain project budgets and status reports.
To include contract negotiation, cost analysis and identifying internal and external resources needed.
Stage gate reviews and User Acceptance Testing sign offs.
Ensuring documentation and future run state needs are met.

EXPERIENCE 3-5 years of Strategic IT Project Management Experience PMP or CAPM strongly preferred.
Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems, network administration and service desk administration.
ITIL or ITSM certifications Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in project management software tools Ability to foster partnerships with the business, stakeholders, and project sponsors.
