Job Description The Inside Sales Representative contacts existing customers to sell system maintenance.
Responsibilities:Ability to meet or exceed established sales and calls per hour goalsPlacing outbound calls to sell preventative maintenances, tune-ups and technician recommended repairsMaintaining good customer relations and ensuring that all calls meet Service Experts standardsHandling and resolving a variety of customer concerns, complaints, and questions by phone, email, (questions may include general company product and service questions)Ability to accept empowerment and to be prepared to make decisions regarding customer satisfaction with confidenceResolving problems by clarifying issues, researching, exploring answers/alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved issuesMaintaining customer records by updating account informationContinually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotionsOther duties as assigned
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education preferred)Reliable transportation, previous sales and customer service experience, excellent interpersonal skills, exceptional verbal communication, and strong computer software skillsTeam work is a priority and the Inside Sales Representativemust be willing to work with and assist co-workers as neededEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
