commercial, industrial, and government agencies as well as residential and commercial builders.
We are looking for an Office Manager to provide excellent customer service and to ensure the smooth running of the daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the office and administrative tasks.
Responsible for answering incoming calls and taking messages.
Responsible for maintaining contact lists, scheduling meetings, and providing information on behalf of the office.
Coordinate with clients and vendors on behalf of the office.
Manage inventory including filing, scanning, and electronic data storage.
Manage office supplies including office equipment, stationery, etc.
Manage travel expenses and provide expense reports to management.
Prepare reports and presentations on a regular basis.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Office Manager or Office Administrator in an office setting.
