Job Summary Bode Technology, the leading provider of forensic DNA services.
The Production Team Leader will coordinate the work of the other assembly team members.
To ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality.

Responsibilities may include Coordinates the work of other Assembly Team members, in addition to performing the functions of Assembly Technician.
Assigns and reviews work, administers quality control program, ensures that schedule time frames are met, advises management of problem areas, assists in employee actions, acting as liaison with other departments.
Maintain logs/records, motivate others, organizational skills, proficiency with numbers, research information, time management, train employees, use computerized databases, written and verbal communications.
Lays out line positions per specific job or redlines best way input from supervisor, assigns line positions to fit assembler's skill sets.
Oversees line shutdown, parts are covered, clean up correctly performed, and logged when completed.
Ensures training and cross-training is conducted, effective, and training records are up to date and maintained.
Verifies the correct parts are in the production area before starting a new production run.
Assists in the monitoring of assembler's performance and assist in maintaining appropriate performance levels.
Motivates team members to maintain appropriate performance levels.
