We're an innovative early intervention program serving littles on the autism spectrum (ages 0-6) and their families through a play-based therapeutic approach.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in ABA, specifically early intervention, and will be responsible for managing the clinical and operations staff.
The Clinic Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures, as well as monitoring patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the integrity of the entire program to ensure best practices Manages the clinical team in conducting of clinical assessments, approves treatment recommendations, and tracks execution of Clinical Supervisor client hours to the approved recommendation Oversees RBT & BCBA candidate supervision hours as a BACB coordinator and ensures adequate hours are attained set forth by the BACB Working and continued advanced competency in ABA principles, child development, leadership, business management and assesses self to maintain personal competency Oversees company and employee performance standards by evaluating systems, delegation of tasks, and management of individuals responsible Resolves any conflicts professionally, respectfully and in a timely manner to ensure a safe, healthy and productive learning and working environment Oversees and enforces compliance on all company policies and procedures disseminated by Chief Officers and ensures that the company mission is embraced Leads employees to accomplish all job objectives; inspires confidence and motivation Efficient problem solving/decision making Maintains high level of integrity, honesty, and respect with team, families, other providers, community, etc.
