We're an innovative early intervention program serving littles on the autism spectrum (ages 0-6) and their families through a play-based therapeutic approach.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with children and be able to provide evidence-based interventions and assessments.
This position requires a strong understanding of behavior analysis, including the ability to develop and implement behavior plans, assess progress, and collaborate with other professionals.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric populations and be comfortable working in a variety of settings.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement behavior-analytic treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities.
Conduct assessments of behavior and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide training and supervision to other professionals in the field of behavior analysis.
Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
Maintain detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
Educate families and caregivers on the principles of behavior analysis.
