The role you'll contribute:
Responsible for the collecting, organizing, analyzing and presenting data about the hospital's performance to provide statistically valid information that will improve overall performance.
Assists the Quality Manager to facilitate quality improvement activities throughout the facility.
Acts as a resource person to the administrative team, department directors/managers and medical staff.
Assists with all regulatory body surveys.
The quality RN uses clinical expertise, critical thinking skills, collaboration, systems thinking, research and transformational leadership to positively impact the outcomes of patient populations.
This RN serves as consultant, collaborator, educator, researcher, innovator and coach to facilitate patient care outcomes, process improvement initiatives and staff development.
Their influence may extend across the unit, department, facility, community, organizational and national levels to contribute to outcomes and extending the body of nursing knowledge.
The value you'll bring to the team:
Coordinates meeting agendas and meeting minutes.
Effectively collects and aggregates data.
Effectively performs accurate statistical analysis and compilation of reports to facilitate data review.
NDNQI lead for the facility.
Ensures all our data is collected, entered into the database accurately and in a timely fashion.
Leads out on our pressure injury prevalence studies quarterly and reports.
Works in conjunction with the Quality Manager, and management, to review, analyze and present data that allows for proper risk analysis and progress toward stated goals.
Patient experience coordinator.
Owns the following data:
falls, restraints, throughput and sepsis.
Organ/tissue coordinator, LENS board expert.
ARJO safe patient handling contact.
Audits code blue records and rapid response documentation for improvement opportunities and trending.
QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :
Kansas Registered Nurse License BCLS obtained through the American Heart Association Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Basic computer skills in Office, Word and Excel Evidence based practice implementation and innovation.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
