Summary:
The SAP Sr.
Business Analyst position reports to the Sr.
Director IT.
This role assists staff and line management from multiple business areas across the Microbiology Division in requirement gathering, process mapping and documentation updates.
The incumbent will work with various levels of management and staff to explore and help specify system integrations, system requirements and workflow definitions.
The Microbiology Division operates 13 factories and +20 distribution sites in APAC, Europe and North America.
The majority of the sites run on an SAP ECC 6.

The Microbiology Division is beginning the journey of migrating all it's sites to a greenfield SAP S4 HANA platform.
The SAP Sr.
Business analyst must have specialized knowledge of SAP MM/WM/PP modules to provide the business with technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, developing, and implementing SAP business solutions that bring together business processes and technical aspects of SAP to improve overall operating efficiency and facilitate the day-to-day operations.
The incumbent will be exposed to SAP S4 HANA and be a key player as the division continues the migration from its legacy SAP ECC 6.

The ability to work optimally with colleagues across numerous business departments and regions will allow this individual to be most effective.
What will you do?Partner with the logistics and manufacturing functions at all sites to identify SAP changes that will drive productivity.
Utilise SAP knowledge to specify the most effective changes and prioritise the delivery of these changes with the logistics functions leadership.
Deliver functional specifications, functional user testing, regression testing and user acceptance testing documentation for all changes and partner with the business logistics teams to test and deploy.
Visit the main sites in the network to go and see where the work is done and build trust based relationships to support effective business change driven by SAP.
Own the SAP processes that support the logistics and manufacturing functions, ensure documentation is up to date, train new and existing users to promote compliance with the processes and drive accuracy of SAP transaction data.
Partner with the logistics master data teams to define key fields that drive logistics processes and support in monitoring and training as required.
Work with the group team on the SAP S4 HANA migration by representing the division logistics functions needs and then supporting the SAP S4 HANA solution as it goes live across the network.
Be open to picking up new skills in IT applications that support logistics outside of SAP, for example scanning technologies, requirements planning software, forecasting packages, AWS datalake technologies and concepts etc.

Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesPreferred Skills/Qualifications Minimum five years of experience evaluating business processes and applications.
Significant SAP experience within Supply Chain and Operations modules as a power user or similar role with implementation experience preferred.
Proficient written and oral communication skillsAbility to encourage and foster innovation, drive collaboration and support team effectiveness.
