This position provides direction to campuses to improve program growth, stability, and support through proactive hands-on intervention.
In addition, this position works closely with campus academics, Campus Support Center (CSC) Compliance and Academics Teams to ensure the highest levels of quality, program outcomes, academic integrity, and compliance with policy.
Success in this position will depend on the ability to identify and/or develop highly effective and compliant surgical technology action plans and teaching practices and the skill to transition those practices to underperforming programs to affect positive change.
This individual must exemplify Concorde's mission as well as consistently practice the core values of teamwork, customer service, achievement, integrity, and respect for the individual.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Full responsibility for ensuring all CST pass rate benchmarks are met at all campuses.
Improve and maintain global surgical technology outcomes above all accreditor requirements and Concorde standards through proactive monitoring and hands-on intervention with campus progress.
Lead efforts to identify programs at risk for any reason and, in collaboration with the Compliance team, prevent negative sanctions through development of action plans and ensure campus implementation and follow-through.
Identify student retention risks and develop plans for improvement.
Serve as primary surgical technology subject matter expert and assist with curriculum development, training, acceptance, and integration at all campuses.
Develop and monitor strategies to ensure that all aspects of the curriculum and its implementation exceeds ARC/STSA standards for classroom and clinical competencies.
Ensure adherence to curriculum standards, academic tool usage, and equipment utilization.
Assist campuses with effective capstone certification exam review.
Regularly meet with the National Dean of Academic Operations and Regulatory Operations Manager to discuss areas/campuses of risk and necessary improvement.
Assist campuses and AVP of Strategic and Community Partnerships with grassroots marketing efforts for program growth.
QualificationsEXPERIENCE/EDUCATION Associate degree required with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the surgical technology field.
Minimum two years of teaching or leadership experience in an academic setting Three to five years leading a successful vocational education surgical technology program.
Ability to influence individuals to impact performance.
TravelFrequent and ongoing travel is required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
