Solidly established Global FinTech Firm is looking for an experienced human resource professional to join its organization as a Contract Talent Research Specialist for a six (6) month, long-term assignment.
In this role, you will engage with talent globally and collaborate with other members of the Recruiting Team, Business Stakeholders, and External Partners to shape and realize our ambitious human resource goals.
A high performer in the role may have the opportunity to be considered for full-time employment at the firm.
Should you opt to be office-based, we have returned to the office in a hybrid model where employees will be in the office Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree is required; advanced degree welcome At least Two (2) years of experience Sourcing Exceptional Passive Candidates in a Search Firm and/or in-house Environment, including experience finding Underrepresented Talent; Commensurate experience at a market insights firm or in a data-rich, research-intensive field is welcome Able to balance thorough research with a creative approach to problem solving will excel in this role.
Critical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and organizational skillsis highly sought after Responsibilities OverviewYou will create and execute strategies to identify and attract accomplished candidates for positions throughout the firm.
The work will involve collaborating with colleagues on our innovation-focused Recruiting team, as well as with hiring managers, to critically assess talent markets.
You will craft research plans to map a wide range of executive, niche, technical, investment, and other candidate populations and will thoughtfully engage prospective candidates to better understand their professional and academic experience, interests, and motivations.
This role also provides the opportunity to measure the impact of talent sourcing methods in a rigorous, data-driven way.
Recommended Skills Analytical Communication Creativity Critical Thinking Problem Solving Recruitment Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
