The RoleWe are looking for a Social Creative Specialist to join our Social Media team in Lenexa, KS.
The Social Creative Specialist is responsible for owning the brand across their responsible social media channels.
This includes the creation and curation of social media content to give a consistent look, feel and voice of the brand aligned with the companys vision of the brand and agreed business objectives and growth metrics.
The Social Creative Specialist will lead content creation and operation of social media channels, working closely with the Social Creative Manager and Strategy team to define objectives, execute content plans and build and maintain a successful social presence for the business The Social Creative Specialist will collaborate with other Social Specialists and Coordinators to look for efficiencies across the work, processes and shared content so all ships rise.
Daily tasks will include:
monitoring social media platforms, interacting with social media community, building social media calendars, creating and publishing compelling content, interpreting data and insights to improve channel performance, assisting with boosted/paid campaigns, creating presentations and liaising with internal partners and retail stores.
This role will require occasional travel.

Responsibilities:
What We Expect:
The Social Creative Specialist should have strong written communication skills and a demonstrated interest in the fashion or bridal industry.
Candidates should be active on social media personally and understand the nuances of each platform.
Create social content including copywriting, photography, video and other assets on your own with input and alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
Create and manage ongoing content calendars by brand to prioritize and execute/publish social campaigns globally.
Moderate the collection, curation and integration of user-generated content on social media Capture live events and behind the scenes content using photography and video.
Publicize events (e.
g.
trunk shows, bridal fairs, etc.
) to raise awareness and drive high levels of attendance and participation by targeted audience.
Raise awareness for events through supportive social media coverage.
Utilize good judgment in safeguarding our brand image in social responses and content.
Optimize hashtags and sharing through copy, creative and keywords.
Monitor campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations.
Cultivate and engaged audience through targeted posting and the creation of content that responds directly to community needs.
Monitor social media channels, initiate conversations with and respond to community comments referencing our brands.
Monitor broader digital conversations regarding brands and stores; develop recommendations for customers as appropriate.
Engage with existing fans and grow followers within each brand.
Oversee online contests, polls, quizzes, product giveaways, etc.
Recommend responses and escalate issues to appropriate parties (the transfer of customer issues or complaints to client service team).
Maintain continuous, daily social activity.
Stay abreast of key industry trends, best practices, competitive insights and emerging social media trends such as new platforms, videos, cadence, hashtags, etc.
Monitor reporting and benchmarks (weekly and monthly) to continually improve channel performance.
Liaise with digital partners on our paid social to ensure we are meeting KPIs.
Articulate meaningful campaign level insights internally and externally as needed.
Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads across social channels to meet goals and objectives.
Continuously optimize content effectiveness through data-driven insights.
Identify and propose new opportunities appropriate for the brand.
Ensure brand consistency, voice and quality across social communication.
Qualifications:
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or related field preferred.
Equivalent work experience may be considered if candidate meets other qualifications Three to five years of experience managing social media content for consumer-facing brands (community manager, social media specialist, or similar).
Strong social media expertise with experience in creating social media content and executing social media programs in a business setting preferred.
Passion for social media and demonstrated initiative in researching/implementing new practices.
Fluency with social media channels including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Strong ability to write clear, engaging and cohesive messaging with target audience in mind.
Skilled in photography and video creation.
Familiarity with running boosted and paid ad campaigns on social platforms.
Strong understanding of how social campaigns impact broader company business and marketing objectives.
Strong understanding of third-party analytical programs such as Instagram Insights and Facebook Business Manager.
Experience using content management tools such as Sprinklr, Later, Hootsuite Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Wrike Ability to establish and meet tight deadlines, change directions when necessary, and manage multiple projects at once.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and always portray the correct professional Company image to the public in any situation.
Impeccable attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and ability to self-manage working effectively to a deadline.
