What You'll Do:
The Customer Success Partner Acts as the customer's trusted advisor providing a voice, support, guidance, and knowledge resources that will facilitate the achievement of business objectives using Bardavon's products and services throughout all phases of the customer lifecycle.
This position will implement strategies and processes that deliver consistent customer satisfaction and retention.
The Customer Success Partner utilizes extensive product knowledge, problem-solving skills and training to enhance customer engagements and achieve successful outcomes.
Responsible for managing and executing policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience Build and nurture relationships with customers by understanding their needs and goals to provide tailored solutions Serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns and escalations Provides technical and product support by comprehensively knowing the products to provide initial on-boarding, on-going training and technical support to customers Helps customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize their software or products based on their business needs or business plans Works closely with Business Development team to educate the market, attract new leads, and convert leads into customer through product expertise Collaborates with Product teams by gathering feedback from customers to help improved current products and to help guide in the development of new features and products Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures.

Must Haves:
Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or a related field, or equivalent combination of, training and experience may substitute for education requirement.

years of related experience in customer facing role - such as customer success, account management or sales Strong leadership, adaptability, and tactfulness Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptable, self-motivated, flexible team player Impeccable customer service skills Knowledge of best practices in implementations and customer success Ability to work with high energy in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Proven ability to work both independently and within a team environment Demonstrated organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills Able to communicate with all customers at a high level in both oral and written format including presentations Ability to anticipate problems and visualize solutions on a proactive basis Excellent interpersonal communication, group process development, meeting facilitation and conflict resolution skills Nice to Haves:
Experience working in a digital health environment Knowledge within the worker's compensation industry Previous experience in athletic or ergonomic training Compensation:
The range of base salary for this role is between $52,000 to $64,000 plus benefits.
Please note that base salary is a guideline and will vary based on factors such as work location, qualifications, skill level, and competencies.
Additionally, salary is just one component of Bardavon's total rewards package.
Depending on the role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program and/or incentive pay.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
