We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving the growth and success of our organization.
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of administration, maintaining company standards, nurturing customer relationships, and fostering a productive and thriving business environment.
Responsibilities:
Administration and Company Standards:
Ensure an effective level of administration within the organization, streamlining processes, and implementing efficient workflows.
Uphold and promote company standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance across all departments.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with both internal and external customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Agency Plans and Marketing:
Lead the development of productive agency plans to maximize business opportunities and revenue growth.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective marketing strategies that align with company goals and product offerings.
Strategic Training:
Oversee and provide strategic training to sales and marketing teams on company products and services, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to drive success.
Identify training needs and organize relevant workshops and sessions to enhance the team's performance.
Business Growth Opportunities:
Proactively identify new business growth opportunities in the market, conduct market research, and analyze industry trends.
Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute business expansion plans.
Performance Management and Coaching:
Take responsibility for the performance of the team, setting clear goals, and tracking progress.
Provide coaching, feedback, and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and ensure overall success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles.
Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain effective relationships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and strategize accordingly.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
