Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Contact Center Customer Support Agent to answer client questions via phone, email and chat.
Clients will primarily focus on benefits, payroll, management changes to their HR system, and other HR-related issues.
You will use your in-depth knowledge of company products and communication skills to help customers make changes to their account, resolve questions, and use our software efficiently.

This is a full-time position based in our office in Shawnee, KS Salary Range:
$20-$30 per hour based upon relevant experience.
Key
Responsibilities:
Resolve customer questions using phone, chat, email, text.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude when interacting with customers, even in challenging situations.
Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management including efficiency, punctuality, quality reviews, client feedback, etc.
Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Listen actively to customer concerns, inquiries, and feedback, and provide accurate information and assistance.
Update and maintain customer records in the database with accurate and relevant information.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or appropriate departments.
Follow established scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with company procedures.
Collaborate with team members and share insights to improve overall customer service quality.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and current information to customers.
Qualifications:
Type a minimum of 25 words per minute (test your speed at www.

com) Comfortable speaking to customers via multiple channels (phone/chat/email) and working until resolution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customer concerns Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and handle a high volume of calls.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred 3 years of related experience in a call center environment, with focus on technical and software support required Prior experience working with SAP SuccessFactors highly preferred Experience supporting payroll questions, human resource questions and employee benefits preferred Experience working with sensitive data preferred Job Type:
