SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Position Description:

The Support Specialist role is to ensure that the technology that is used by clients and internal staff is accurate, performing efficiently, and optimized for the greatest output.
This position will ensure that Lever1s Account Service, Benefits, and Operations departments are successful in managing, developing, and maintaining our customer software support and benefit workflow.
The role would be responsible for managing and providing customer service on software items maintained and developed by Lever1.
Essential Job Functions:
Facilitate client customization of current software program to include sales assistance with prospective clients and current client training of the following tools utilized and/or projected to be utilized through Lever1:
- Pay.
Lever1.
Com Employee payroll site customized for each client with design and documents -Third party timekeeping softwear - Online Onboarding PrismHR extension where employees complete new hire paperwork online - New Client Onboarding- PrismHR extension build and development - Benefits Enrollment PrismHR extension where employees can elect their benefits online and tie the deductions to payroll seamlessly Responsible for managing the development of training materials and execution of customer communication on all service platforms including but not limited to:
client and employee training by developing materials, how-to guides, cheat sheets, etc.
Responsible for assisting in year-end processing preparations, etc.
Assist with Client Presentations (Demos) Respond to client inquiries and follow through to completion Respond to internal inquiries and follow through to completion Proof work and run tests to ensure accuracy Respond to client and employee inquiries promptly and professionally Take a proactive approach to foreseeing issues for clients and providing suggestionsRequirements:

Bachelors degree in a related technical field, or equivalent experience 2.
At least 2 years of work experience in the technical field3.
Extensive experience of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)Preferred Education and
Experience:

Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System), Payroll and Tax software programsWho we are looking for:

This job operates in a professional environment.
Physical Demands:
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required.
This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position.
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:
30 a.
m.
to 5 p.
m.
Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel:
This position does not require travel.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
