We are hiring a full time Patient Experience Specialist.
Responsibilities include treatment planning, scheduling, as well as patient concierge to help drive the outstanding personalized attention and service we provide.
Service and hospitality are critical in this role - you are in the seat of making the first impression.
You will play a vital role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere and provide outstanding customer service.
Being confident with technology is essential in this role and integral in delivering WOW service for our patients.
