Responsibilities:
Accountable for planning, prioritizing, and executing projects by collaborating with Account Managers, Operations and Product Managers, and customers.
This includes project procurement, integration, time, cost, scope, planning, and initiation.
Develops necessary project documentation that identifies project goals and tasks and generates assignments consistent with meeting project objectives.
Actively participates in Core 3 teams and co-leads when required, demonstrating the ability to organize and lead a matrixed project team.
Maintains clear and open communication with customers to align mutual expectations and monitors customer satisfaction.
Establishes and nurtures business relationships beyond the scope of the project environment.
Assumes responsibility for project execution and actively works to adhere to the project plan while maintaining quality standards.
Ensures that all commitments are met in accordance with project goals and objectives.
Demonstrates control over equipment deliveries, service costs, project activities, and customer hand-over requirements.
Responsible for reporting on project financial and schedule progress based on project goals.
Performs risk management to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
Effectively manages changes in project scope, formulates action plans, and mitigates risks to minimize schedule delays and costs.
Seizes opportunities for positive change when they arise.
Possesses a strong understanding of project management methods and processes.
Works within defined frameworks and responsibilities.
Demonstrates proficiency in project management tools and software.
Education / Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a science, business, or telecommunications discipline; or a minimum of eight years of progressive experience in a related field.
Minimum of two to four years' experience in project management and/or related functional areas in a communication systems company.
Good working knowledge of business processes, including tender and sales.
Strong knowledge and skills in computer and telecommunications technology.
Solid financial knowledge or training.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
