o 24 months of role experience is required.
Requirements:
o This role may require floating to additional units and locationso Candidates must live at least 75 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
o Flu vaccination required to apply.

5 8 hour shifts (M-F 8a-430p) Week 2:
on call only, guaranteed 40 hours pay (call 24/7 Sunday-Saturday) Week 3:
5 8 hour shifts (M-F 8a-430p)BLS must be AHAMaximum days off:
