Generate and distribute invoices Collaborate with various departments and offices across the country Assist customers with overdue invoicing issues Process bank deposits electronically Sort incoming mail related to billing Process ticket requests for accounting and billing Maintain client account information for accuracy purposes Qualifications for the Billing Specialist:
2-3
years of Billing experience Associate's or Bachelor's Degree required (preferably in Business or Accounting) Workday Projects and Project Billing software experience preferred Basic to Intermediate Excel skills required Must be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and a strong communicator Apply now for consideration!
