As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Responsibilities:
Receive and Inspect Goods:
Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and inspect goods for damages or discrepancies.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Order Picking and Packing:
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that products are prepared for shipment in a timely manner.
Shipping and Receiving:
Coordinate outgoing shipments, prepare shipping documents, and collaborate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
Receive and process returned items.
Operate Warehouse Equipment:
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move and handle products.
Maintain Warehouse Cleanliness:
Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including the disposal of packaging materials and maintaining aisle clearances.
Quality Control:
Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet established standards.
Collaborate with Team:
Work closely with other warehouse associates, as well as cross-functional teams, to achieve common goals and objectives.
Adhere to Safety Procedures:
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy items.
Basic computer skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
