Ensure the Maintenance team is completing resident work orders and make-readies in a timely and professional manner.
Implement preventive maintenance procedures and identify/communicate deferred maintenance to the Property Manager.
Must have the ability to be on call (in team rotation).
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
A minimum of 2 year(s) supervisory experience in the multifamily industry as a Supervisor.
HVAC Certification Required:
Type II or EPA Universal CPO Certification Preferred but not required #KSSITE.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
