Job DescriptionOperations AnalystJob SummarySelectQuote is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support a rapidly growing sales team in Overland Park KS.
This position is responsible for supporting process- and analytics-based decisions data management and process implementation.
The successful Sales Operations Analyst needs to be able to effectively self-manage as well as interact with people from other departments to optimize the process.
This position will need to communicate effectively with other teams regarding issues related to process execution issue resolution and key metric reporting.
Additionally this position will work closely with the Application Development BI and IT teams on necessary workflow and reporting enhancements for the success of new initiatives.
The position will manage key measurable objectives set by senior leadership.
The position will leverage many competencies such as:

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain responsibility for performance and metrics reporting for the sales support teams of SelectQuote SeniorPrepare quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel SQL and other analytic & visualization tools to develop meaningful insights of various program performanceProvide forward-looking and historical analysis for strategic initiatives through modeling and sensitivity tool usageProduce clear and concise presentations regarding projects and other assigned tasksProvide ad hoc analytical and project management support to various teams throughout the businessSkills/Abilities:
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel and PowerPointStrong proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server Management StudioExcellent oral and written communication skills especially relating to presentation developmentHigh level of self-motivation; ability to accomplish goals independentlyStrong organizational and time management skillsAnalytical and detail-oriented mindset; a high degree of accuracy is required in all functionsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree required preferably in Finance Economics Mathematics Business Analytics or related field1-2 years' experience in analyst role (finance operations business or equivalent) preferredExperience working with technical applications and programming languages like PowerBI Tableau Python R etc.
