Qualifications:
Active cosmetology license in Kansas2 years of salon and retail experienceStrong technical proficiency and an understanding of salon operational goals and values.Desirable Attributes:
An ambitious self-starter with a sense of urgency and strong problem-solving abilitiesExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on effectiveness.Responsibilities as a Co-Manager, your role includes:
