Medix is thrilled to announce that we have an open position for a Strategic Benefits Advisor at one of our leading employee benefits clients and we're on the hunt for a talented individual to join our dynamic team!What does the day-to-day look like?As a Strategic Benefits Advisor, you'll be the mastermind behind crafting tailored insurance plans for our clientsThink of it as being the go-to expert who ensures everyone gets the right tools for success in the insurance game. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and customizing insurance plans to fit their requirementsWhile we provide leads, we're also looking for someone who's eager to hunt for new business opportunities.Hours & Location:
M-F 9a to 5p.Work is conducted primarily at one of the Administrative Offices in Overland Park, KS (66210), with remote options available after the first 90 days.Pay &
Benefits:
We're offering a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000
uncapped commission, along with a range of benefits and growth opportunities.Offers a generous Paid Time Off program, and eligibility to participate in medical, dental, vision, life, short-term and long-term disability and health savings accounts on the 1st day of the month after hire dateAlso offers a 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan.Requirements / Ideal Candidate:
