- Logging all relevant incident/service request details, allocating categorization and prioritization codes Conducting full and thorough diagnostics with end users to enable first point of contact fault resolution.
Resolving incidents/service requests when first contacted whenever possible.
Provides user guidance by remote control support software to the end-user community on hardware, software, and network related problems, questions, and use.
Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user computing devices, related applications and peripherals (will include desktops, laptops, mobile devices, workstation operating systems, and related network).
Responsible for maintaining inventory.
Follow the onboarding and offboarding process to ensure the smooth transition of new hires and leavers.
Provide timely responses to client and management requests.
Status updates on such requests need to be provided on a regular basis.
Contribute knowledge and updated information to maintain the Service Desk SOPs and Training manuals for support.
Delivers regular, ongoing preventative maintenance activity to desktop applications and hardware.
Work on other SOP driven tasks like Access modification on Mailbox, email forwarding, VDI Access, VDI Reset etc.
Completing other duties as assigned outside of normal workload.
8 hours Rotational Shift timing starting at 07:
00 AM/10:
00 AM Unpack new Computers and plug them into the network, add to domain and WMS server.
Put Asset tag and, prepare inventory, follow the checklist to confirm the installation of all policies and apps.
Repack the thin clients and make shipping labels to courier the device to user s home.
Support for the delivering & receiving the shipment with return label of fedex.
Track the shipment and coordinate with IT to take confirmation on safe receipt of boxes at our OP offices.
Maintain tracker of all the equipment sent and received.
Knowledge on Azure & office 365.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
