As time allows additional assignments will be given.
Previous experience a plus but will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls Understand and document customer issues and requests accurately Update CRM Systems with notes from Project Managers Distribute leads or requests through E-mail to respective Project Manager Receive and greet visitors, applicants, subcontractors, customers, providers, and related guests/visitors at the front door Filing documents both in physical files and digitally Calling customers to confirm appointments for their upcoming projects Other duties will be assigned accordingly based on the abilities of the candidate and time available Key Attributes:
Excellent Phone Skills - Enjoys talking/interfacing with customers on phone.
Service Oriented - Has a can-do attitude.
Computer Applications - Microsoft Outlook & Office Applications Team Player - Works well as member of a team in small business environment.
Attentive to Detail - Capture, documents, and communicates information precisely.
Ability to Multi-Task/Fast Paced - Can handle a fluctuating workload.
