We are a fine art portrait studio who's mission is to offer Kansas City families a portrait experience that is timeless, elegant and entirely different than the standard photography experience.
We believe family is a gift and a beautifully done portrait hanging from the wall is one of the very dearest possessions one can own.
The Position :
We're looking for a Part Time Office Manager.
Requirements:
AMAZING eye for detail, process and superior organizational skills.
Strong clerical talents and desire to get things right the first time.
GREAT PHONE presence is a MAJOR plus.
Booking sessions will be important in this role.
Handle production and framing duties in a timely manner.
Reinforce the luxury branding and experience of our studio.
Have a strong bond with children to assist them in our playroom while parents are reviewing their portraits.
Help with photography assisting on our session days, including some Saturdays and evenings.
Contact clients in advance of their session and effectively set expectations so clients are prepared and perceive our experience as a fine art experience and not a picture experience.
Help us keep the trains running with back end processes, duties Our strong preference for this position is individuals who are not from a portrait photography studio background.
No photographers presently working with their own book of clients will be considered.
The position requires signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement and a Non-Compete Agreement.
Responsibilities:
The office manager will assist in the completion of marketing campaigns involving community outreach.
The position also requires successful interaction with clients and prospective clients via inbound and outbound calls and in person.
We can offer some flexibility of scheduling for the right candidates.
The position will require some Saturdays from 10 a.
m.
until 8 p.
m.
We are open for sessions on evenings so some flexibility of scheduling is important.
