Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering the phone, interacting with customers, suppliers and company personnel, directing calls to appropriate staff.
- Provide administrative support to management including completion of various division reports to be sent to corporate office.
- Perform accounting functions at division level including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and reconciliation of employee advances and credit card transactions.
- Perform human resource duties at the division level including preparing new hire paperwork, termination documents and entering timecards.
- Maintain and organize office operations and procedures including daily filing, ordering supplies and any other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook are essential.
Two years prior office management experience and accounting experience is preferred.
Pay will be commensurate with experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
