Radiologic Technologist (PRN)
Kansas City Orthopaedic Institute is a single specialty orthopedic hospital. We are physician owned , with 17 Inpatient Unit beds with 8 state-of-the-art surgical suites. We have been serving the Kansas City area for over 20 years. Our Radiology department supports the hospital, practices, and urgent care.
Were seeking a PRN Radiologic Technologist who is looking for a dynamic and fast-paced working environment. New Grads are welcome and encouraged to apply! Our RTs provide quality diagnostic x-rays in the clinic, surgery and urgent care departments as directed by the physicians. They also assist with clerical duties in the department as needed. Our available shifts include Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5:00pm and 10:30am-7:00pm.

Responsibilities:
Take x-rays according to established protocols and physician orders.
Position patients and equipment to obtain high-quality images.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
Operate and maintain imaging equipment.
Review images and make necessary adjustments for quality and accuracy.
Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile work environment.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved school of radiologic technology program
Registered ARRT
Kansas LRT license
