plus commission (which is tiered & uncapped) Scope of Work:
The Director of Business Development is responsible for System-level, GPO, national, C -level client development, and clients under the direction of the Vice President.
The Regional Director of Business Development will be responsible for securing contracts for all business lines, recruitment planning, and securing personnel to fill various positions.
Schedule:
Hybrid in Overland Park, KS - going on site to build rapport with Operations and traveling to our clients to build relationships, spending 1 week per month in each of the territories.
Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
Client Development Implements marketing strategies to develop a client base and open new business opportunities.
Research, develops, and facilitates target lists of C-level prospects.
Attends in-person meetings and presents to prospective clients to solicit new business.
Anticipates potential business Negotiates Marketing of services to healthcare facilities Prepares/submits schedules and reports utilizing Prepares quarterly marketing plans and submits them to Senior Management.
Meets metrics established for client development.
Recruiting Meets metrics established for recruiting activities.
Facilitate recruiting efforts of the branch recruiters.
Works in conjunction with the Branches / Divisions for recruitment strategy for clients.
Prepares monthly recruitment plans.
Works in conjunction with the advertising department to post jobs, update websites and recommend advertising strategies.
Operations Documents all communication for prospective clients in Salesforce Tasks all prospective clients for follow-up.
Assists contract department in securing agreements with signature.
Completes documents for the contracts department.
Works directly with branch and division recruiters.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to present to C suite, along with strong presentation skills Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.

Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under stressful conditions.
Superior negotiation skills.
Ability to organize work and time effectively.
Knowledge of basic nursing and medical industry terminology is preferred.

3-5 years of sales or industry experience preferred.
