Technical Consultant

Our growing team is looking to add a Senior Coupa Consultant/Manager to provide technical and functional expertise to a variety of our clients who are currently implementing or optimizing their existing Coupa platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES Lead business process analysis sessions with clients/stakeholders, documenting current state and future state requirements, ensuring successful delivery of Coupa projects.
Provide support and hands-on configuration for the Coupa suite of products.

Coupa P2P, Pay, T&E, Contracts, Sourcing, Inventory, RPM, Supply Chain, and Treasury solutions) Demonstrate functional expertise and make recommendations on Coupa best practices that align with the client's needs.
Lead new implementation efforts by assessing current configurations and identifying gaps Create, deliver and/or oversee necessary project documentation and tools as needed (e.
g.
configuration docs, workflows, PowerPoint presentations, user stories, SIT or UAT scripts).
Keep up-to-date with the latest Coupa platform features and functionalities Mentor junior team members on Coupa implementation best practices.
REQUIREMENTSThe ideal candidate for this role should have strong technical and functional skills in Coupa and related technologies.
Bachelor's Degree Coupa Certifications Scrum Master, PMP, Six Sigma - highly preferred 2
years of hands-on Coupa administration, solutions or configuration experience 2
years of client-facing technical consulting experience Expertise administering and delivering Coupa projects by building approvals, workflows, and complex configurations High level of proficiency using P2P, SIM, Coupa/Ariba, Excel, and Word Experience in implementing Coupa solutions, integrating Coupa with other systems (e.
g.
NetSuite, D365, other ERPs), and customizing the Coupa platform to meet specific client requirements.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as the role involves working closely with stakeholders across different departments and levels.
Comfortable communicating and working with business leaders to run the weekly configurations, approval processes, and user support Experience working with audit teams to provide audit support Recommended Skills Administration Auditing Business Processes Certified Project Management Professional Consulting Functional Skills Qualification Apply to this job.
