This position plays a meaningful role in supporting strategic sourcing activities across Corporate and Professional Services, including Financial Services, Consulting, Credit Risk and Special Project categories.
Supplies focused expertise and drives a culture of diligence and mindfulness regarding business spending for strategic vendors/categories (highly critical to current and future business operations) via the employment of efficient, effective, and outstanding strategic sourcing, contract management, negotiation, and supplier management practices.
Communicates with senior leadership both within T-Mobile and at suppliers.
Serves as a source of knowledge to be implemented by more junior team members.
Individual contributor role will be responsible for:
Providing focused expertise and driving a culture of spend subject area across strategic categories with a focus on Consulting, Financial Operations and Credit Risk.
Orchestrating strategic projects while employing efficient, effective, and outstanding strategic sourcing, contract management, negotiation, and supplier management practices.
Serving as a central point of contact for strategic suppliers on the Corporate & Professional Services Sourcing team within the Enterprise Procurement group.
Interfacing with senior leadership both within T-Mobile and with Suppliers and serves as a source of standard processes to be implemented by more junior team members.
Engaging with partner groups including Legal, Insurance, Risk Management (Cyber Security), and Finance.
Collaborating with other sourcing leads on cross-category negotiations.
Provide subject matter expertise to client business units and procurement partners.
Additional Job DescriptionStrong experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing sourcing projects and contracts.
Excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills at all levels, particularly executives.
Experience in sourcing and contracting Corporate and Professional Services required.
At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United StatesWashington Pay Range:
$136,700.
00 - $185,000.
00The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed.
The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role.
Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
