Job Description:
We are currently looking for two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to lead our ABA teams at our one-of-a-kind center in Lenexa, KS.
BCBAs will oversee the program of 5 - 6 children and their respective teams of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Applicants will oversee (and when needed deliver) ABA intervention to children up until the age of kindergarten.
This is a full-time position Monday through Friday with great working hours.
Leadership, professionalism, playfulness, an ability to genuinely connect with children, experience with toddlers & preschoolers, and a passion for autism and children under the age of six is essential.
As a BCBA at Autism From The Start, you will:
Utilize assessments, such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, ESDM Curriculum Checklist, and other appropriate measuresMaintain an ethical caseload of clients based on delivered hours per week by RBT staffDevelop comprehensive individual behavior treatment plansMonitor and modify treatment plans as necessaryConduct parent training using an evidence-based curriculumTrain and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and InternsParticipate in team meetings and leadership meetingsCollaborate with community providers (e.
g.
, therapists, teachers, etc.
)Report to Chief Clinical Officer (CCO)Maintain certification and licensureRemain in compliance with the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts
Qualifications:
Prior experience working with children with autism as young as 2 years old is requiredApplicant must be physically able to lift children, run with children, and walk up and down a flight of stairs multiple times a day while also carrying a childApplicant must be a licensed Behavior Analyst in the states of Kansas and Missouri or have the ability to obtain the license within 1 month of hire dateStart date is contingent upon credentialing status with third-party payorsWHY US?We are a growing company with pathways for professional development and advancement.
