Excel at Roe Park is actively seeking Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to work for our skilled nursing community in Overland Park, KS.

Duties of Assistant Director of Nursing :



  • Assist DON in supervises all nursing staff in the facility.

  • Assistance in management of the day-to-day clinical operations.

  • Maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Ensuring continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of resident services

  • Assist in training and development of staff

  • Development and implementation of programs to enhance resident satisfaction

  • Establishment of a climate necessary for continuous improvement

Requirements Assistant Director of Nursing :



  • Active RN License

  • 3 years of experience

  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations

  • Medicare and Medicaid knowledge

  • LTC Management Experience
