Customer service skills is top priority. This person will have high visibility interacting at times with the CEO, CFO and other high level executives. He/she will be need to be quick on their feet and want to learn and grow. They will also meet with Bankers/lawyers etc. This
will grow into the network
and support. They will need to know how to get into each application. End user Mobile device support. Environment is Cisco infrastructures/phones/ needs to know how to work in Active Directory/user management/provisioning/Cisco call center management. Be able to set up a VPN connection back to the home office when traveling (travel will be 10% of the time either to retreat areas or Atlanta with Chris (IT))

This company is publically traded and high profile and is self regulated. This person will need to be conscious of whether or not each support that he/she is creating a Risk or not and stay in compliant.

This candidate will need to be able to learn on the fly: i.e.: someone's iphone calendar is not working at calls at 9pm at night.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
