JCPenney is currently looking for Customer Care Representatives with passion, dedication and commitment to providing great customer service to our valued JCPenney customers.
The
position
of a Customer Care Representative is a challenging and rewarding one. Each representative provides great inbound and outbound customer service through the selling of new and/or additional merchandise and
services
and assisting our customers with order inquiries, with an ultimate goal of extraordinary customer satisfaction.
Daily activities include providing inbound/outbound telephone support to our customers by accepting and entering orders, selling new products and services and answering customer inquiries. Training is provided and will include technical, customer service and sales skill training.
Successful representatives must possess excellent interpersonal skills, great verbal communication skills, be able to clearly communicate information and multitask.
computer
skills preferred as representatives will be entering orders and supporting customers using a Windows based computer system.
Flexible work hours are available and include weekdays, weeknights, and weekend time.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
