is for 3rd shift 6:00PM 2:30AM Shift is Tuesday through Saturday with Sunday and Monday off This is an entry level position in the Technical Operations Center (TOC). Analysts will utilize existing processes and tools to proactively support theatre staff and equipment. 1. Previous experience in Help Desk, NOC, Break/Fix environment. 2. Ability to clearly communicate with non-technical customers remotely via phone and email. 3. Ability to follow predefined technical processes and procedures. 4. Able to ask directed and logical questions to determine problem causation and follow documented processes to a successful resolution. 5. Experience with ticketing systems and a solid understanding of what information should be recorded in a ticket. 1. Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must Must be able to disarm frustrated customers in a high stress environment. 2. Experience troubleshooting technical issues with computers, servers, switching equipment and cabling as well as some audio and video equipment. 3. Basic understanding of databases and data processing (use of Microsoft SQL and Excel).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
