Seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join their in-house creative team. The designer will be expected to produce original, creative and innovative design concepts. Responsibilities include website marketing, advertising, trade show display, direct mail marketing, product design and applying UX/UI principles to web work.
Candidate must be a proactive and creative problem solver that is detail oriented and organized. The designer will work collaboratively with marketers and publishers to create high quality, relevant and effective communications pieces for a variety of business audiences. Designer must have experience taking projects from conception through completion and feel comfortable pitching concepts and ideas to others.

- Print/editorial publication design
- Advertising and direct mail campaign conception and execution
- Pre-press requirements
- Web and email design
Proficient in the following software:
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver)
- MS Office Suite
- Solid working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Innovative, creative problem solving
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines according to set schedules while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
Desirable Skills
Degree in graphic design
A strong, current portfolio
Agency or design studio experience
Web design fundamentals, SEO and UX knowledge
Experience working with printers, good working knowledge of current print and production processesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
