The Media Planner is
for developing, implementing and maintaining traditional media plans for our clients.
Generates and analyzes syndicated research
Develops effective traditional media plans utilizing ratings, cost per point and other qualitative and quantitative data
Negotiates rates on behalf of client groups
Needs to stay current by reading trades, attending webinars and writing POV's on the changing media landscape
Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related field preferred
3-5 years hands-on experience with media planning across all media, especially print, television radio and out of home
Comprehensive understanding of media research
Ability to run programs/reports on Kantar and SRDS
Strong Excel, Word & Power Point skills required
Experience with national and local media placement
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines
skills, both verbal and written
Strong negotiating and leadership skills
Creative thinker and problem solver

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
