Web Development Manager

MarketingXchange is seeking a new Web Development Manager to oversee our website development department and processes. Candidate must be knowledgeable of PHP Development best practices, WordPress Development, HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL and more. This person will also oversee web server management in correspondence to our client's web needs. The manager will initially oversee 1 web developer, 1 web/graphic designer and any new team members we add as a part our growth plan. This person needs to have some management knowledge or history of working well with others and carries very good social/communication skills to persuade his/her team to perform at the highest standards. This is a working management role in which the manager will either be directing or developing websites. A Project Manager will handle all customers directly and acquire necessary content for website projects. Some customer communication may be necessary, but is not one of the primary roles.

Full Time, Insurance Options, Vacation & Sick Pay, Profit Sharing and more. Salary Range:
$50K - $65K depending on experience and skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
