Web-Marketing Operations Manager
MarketingXchange is growing fast and we are looking for an experienced manager to help oversee day to day operations and internal web based projects and marketing. This is a newly created position and details are not overly defined until we find the right personality and experience to help lead our team. The Operations Manager will oversee a team of 6-8 marketers, social media journalists, inbound marketers, project coordinator, web designer, web developer and any new positions we hire for with the exception of sales, admin and accounting roles. The Operations Manager key role will be to keep our team members motivated, happy and moving forward using our defined operating/marketing processes. Making improvements to these processes and finding new ways to improve them with software or task management will be an initial challenge. Plus this person will lead internal company projects that may include software development. The Operations Manager will be dedicated to the team, the company, and the success of our clients.
Role Requirements:

years of managing web development, web design and/or web marketing teams
Experience in managing to processes, editing and improving processes
In Depth knowledge or quality web coding as it pertains to Titles, Keywords, Descriptions and related SEO (white hat)
Prefer knowledge of Web Development such as CSS, HTML, MySQL, WordPress
Prefer knowledge of Linux Server Applications, Cpanel knowledge is a plus
Inbound Marketing and/or Social Media media experience is a plus
Prefer knowledge of Paid search, Google Adwords and best practices.
The Operations Manager will report directly to the President and will have 1-2 department managers reporting directly to him/her. This new role will allow the company to expand while keeping a tight control over quality and results. If you have not managed people, this positions is no the one for you.
