Who is Successful?
In this position, individuals take incoming calls from business customers. There are no outbound calls and no cold-calling. Being dependable and enthusiastic is required as there are sales goals and targets that need to be achieved. Educating and delivering an excellent customer experience is critical in this role. If you thrive with competition and enjoy building relationships, we will provide the training for your success. If you have a high school diploma/GED, are proficient using computers, and have some customer service or sales experience, we look forward to talking to you.
When Can You Start?
Hiring Class starts on September 11, 2017 and paid training the first six weeks (no time off allowed during training). The training highlights applicable system, product, process, customer service and basic sales skills. You bring the enthusiasm and consultative selling ability and we'll equip you with the knowledge and resources.
Accountabilities:
Use a consultative approach by identifying and recommending products. Consistently educates customer on improvements and new opportunities for their business needs.
Use strong selling and influencing skills to achieve or exceed revenue targets, retention, accuracy and customer satisfaction goals.
Asks for sales and consistently resolves customer stated and unstated needs.
Strong multi-tasking ability while consulting with customers and navigating order capture systems, processes and tools to ensure timely and accurate customer transaction.
Achieve monthly sales goals by utilizing sales/call management skills.
Consistent use of current sales approach, questioning techniques with each product or service offer. Provide appropriate responses on pricing and identify/help overcome pricing objections.
Ensure that every customer interaction reinforces the Deluxe brand by providing a seamless order experience and communicating appreciation for the customer's business.
Implements coaching/feedback and takes action to make changes as appropriate.
Adherence to service compliance requirements.
Receive inbound sales calls via phone, mail, and fax.
Meets regular attendance requirements.
Work with functional experts to fulfill customer's orders when needed (i.e. image center, manufacturing plant, etc.).
Self paced opportunity for quick advancement to higher sales tiers resulting in potential for higher monetary earnings monthly.
Performs other duties as assigned based upon business needs.
This position is full-time with full benefits
Shifts may be flexible and hours will flex up and down (32 - 40 hours per week) per business needs.
Required: - High School Diploma (or equivalent)
One year of sales and/or customer service experience
Experience working on a PC, accurate keyboarding skills (25+wpm). Familiarity with website browsing, social media, Google search, etc.
Strong multi-tasking ability navigating order capture systems while consulting with the customer over the telephone
Ability to handle change, multiple demands, ambiguity and shifting priorities
Thrives in a competitive teamwork environment
Must be self-motivated
Administrative detail and organizational skills to achieve accuracy goals
Ability to sit for long periods of time while communicating over the telephone
Ability to be flexible and meet attendance requirements
