Job Summary
Plans, designs and implements networked systems of medium to large scope and moderate to high complexity. Projects include technology changes within the platforms, new implementation guidelines and/or standards. Analysis includes switching, interconnection, national platforms and backbone facilities. Conducts project planning, cost analysis and vendor comparisons. Provides customer solutions which encompass a broad range of engineering disciplines and technologies. Provides project management functions to develop and implement complex network plans to include technology changes within the platforms, new implementation guidelines and/or standards. Provides analysis for switching, interconnection, national platforms, and backbone facilities. Provides implementation and configuration support to ensure successful device and network installs, moves, adds, and changes.
Test, deploy, and maintain voice translations solutions for CDMA, VoWiFi, VoLTE, e911, 911, MVNO, roaming, etc.
Acts as a Engineer for voice translations service delivery and service assurance.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience or six years related work experience post high school
One year experience working with routers, bridges, concentrators and switches
One year experience with project management and project implementation
