The OpportunityFerguson is looking to train our future leaders from the ground-up, beginning in our entry-level Inside Sales Training Program starting on August 2, 2021.
How We Train YouCollege of Ferguson:
Invest in your personal career development in our entry-level Inside Sales Training Program.
For a period of 5 months, our dedicated trainers and leadership teams will guide you in a series of hybrid-style training (1 on 1, virtual and hands-on).
Your training will focus on sales process, product knowledge and related topics.
Upon successful completion of your training period, you will transition into an Inside Sales Representative (or Counter Sales Representative) role.
What Happens After TrainingAs a Sales Representative with Ferguson, your focus will be to maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
To do so, you will provide exceptional customer service for existing and prospective customers.
You will also be prepared to assist in multiple sales functions, present job quotes and provide accurate pricing and inventory information to customers.
