IT Helpdesk Technician

Job Duties:
Owner of new hire equipment assignments. Based on new user requests, complete systems set-up for users. Field and troubleshoot Call Center systems related questions and issues, to include monitoring chats and tickets. Coordinate review of system updates entered in the request system. Gain alignment and prioritization for approved projects. Coordinate set-up, system, and business testing. Keep stakeholders informed with timely communications. Coordinate and complete systems testing projects. Partner internally to transfer systems knowledge and changes to enable production of training materials. Input functional changes to the systems and work with IT business partners for ensure proper execution. Other Required Experience/
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other related data/system tools , 1-year prior call center experience Demonstrated experience in testing and/ or administration of customer service application technologies. Google/Microsoft Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs) Ability to understand technical terminology and processes to translate to the business. Ability to translate business needs into technology requirements. Supporting system implementation and upgrade projects Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other related data/system tools , 1-year prior call center experience Proficiency in understanding business problems and opportunities IT Helpdesk Technician Recommended Skills Administration Business Requirements Call Centers Communication Customer Service Microsoft Softwares Apply to this job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
