This is not a typical rental property. This is our personal home that we will be renting out for 9-12 months while we are traveling. We would consider renting it furnished for an additional amount. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Three of the bedrooms are on the top level, one bedroom on the main level and one bedroom in the basement. In addition to the three bedrooms, the top level has a full bath and toy room/study with a balcony overlooking the main level living room. On the main level, we currently use the dining room as an office, complete with sliding doors for privacy. This can be converted back to a formal dining room or continued to be used as a home office. The laundry room is also on the main level along with the master bathroom, ensuite and half bath. Off the kitchen on the main level is a screened in porch and deck, fabulous for entertaining. There is also a large, fenced back yard. The basement has a wet bar, large living area (also room for a home work space), bedroom with a king murphy bed and full bath. Renter responsible for all utilities. We will pay for lawn care during the appropriate months.
